Service and price
The Form Audit is $249 USD, paid once, for one website and up to three ordinary contact or quote forms identified in the accepted order. Each form includes one normal submission path, its intended inbox, validation checks, desktop and mobile checks, and the agreed submission and receipt verification. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.
What you receive
A findings report distinguishes verified results, faults, and checks that could not be verified. The audit includes a written findings walkthrough and one consolidated clarification round of up to five report questions submitted within seven calendar days after report delivery. We agree a date for one substantive written response based on confirmed availability. Correcting our own errors or omissions does not use up the clarification round. Live meetings are not included.
Included retest
One retest of the original findings is included. Request it within 14 calendar days after the initial report; we will agree an authorized retest date with you. The clarification round does not use up or reset the retest window. Repairs, additional forms or paths, new testing, and ongoing monitoring require separate agreement.
Agreement before payment
Before payment, both parties accept an order listing the form URLs, test paths, intended inboxes, access requirements, deliverables, and an exact report due date with timezone. We confirm availability to perform and review the work before agreeing a deadline. An inquiry alone does not start work, authorize testing, or require payment. A checkout link is supplied only after scope, access, capacity, and the due date have been agreed.
Access and changes
You must be authorized to grant access and permit the agreed test submissions. Use temporary access limited to the agreed work and synthetic test data. Do not email passwords or provide sensitive customer data for testing. If access or scope changes, we agree a revised date, scope, or cancellation outcome in writing before continuing affected work. We do not silently omit paid checks when access fails.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before audit work begins for a full refund. If we cannot perform the accepted scope, we offer a revised scope or date for your acceptance, or a refund for the undelivered work. Any allocation for partially delivered work must be mutually agreed; if no partial allocation is agreed, we refund the full audit fee. Once the accepted audit is delivered, a healthy result alone is not grounds for a refund. Report a missing agreed deliverable within 14 calendar days after report delivery; we offer correction or an agreed refund for the missing portion. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
What an audit establishes
An audit that finds no faults is a valid completed service. Results describe the agreed tests and available evidence at the time of the check. The audit does not guarantee additional leads, uninterrupted future operation, or continuous monitoring.
