The planned workflow is simple: send an identifiable test, observe the form response, then check whether the corresponding message reached its destination.

Define a responsible test
Identify the form, the intended recipient, and the result you expect. Use a form you own or have permission to test, with a clearly labeled sample message.
A useful test is recognizable to the person who receives it. It should not look like a real customer inquiry.

Observe the submission
Check required fields, email validation, keyboard access, and the response after sending. Record whether the form accepted the submission or showed an error.
This establishes what happened on the website. It is one signal, not the entire result.

Find matching evidence
Look for a receipt that belongs to the same test message. An identifiable marker and a recorded submission time make the relationship easier to verify.
The current demo simulates this step. Connecting the live test to real inbox evidence is still in development.

Separate failure from uncertainty
A missing receipt and an inaccessible inbox are different outcomes. One prompts investigation of delivery; the other means the check itself could not establish the answer.
The planned product will use this distinction in its history, alerts, and reports.
