Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your selected service, name, email address, company, form URL, and message. It also creates a request reference so we can identify your inquiry. We use these details to understand and respond to your request and discuss scope before work begins. Direct emails and form notifications are processed in our business email account. The form lab is for sample submissions: please use fictional details and leave out passwords, payment information, customer messages, and sensitive information.
Where messages are processed
Webflow hosts this website and stores native form submissions. Form notifications and business correspondence use Google Workspace Gmail. Authorized service personnel and tools may access information to review requests, perform agreed checks, prepare reports, and support an engagement. Audit materials may be saved in team workspaces and processed through OpenAI Codex, including task and tool histories. Information is not processed only on a local device.
Audit evidence and payment information
An assisted audit can involve contact and order details, agreed form URLs and destinations, sample test messages, submission and receipt references, screenshots, findings, and a report. Test information should be synthetic and limited to the agreed checks. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated customer messages through the inquiry form.
If you pay through the checkout supplied for an accepted audit, Stripe processes the payment. Payment and transaction records are used to administer the order and any refund. Sending an inquiry does not create a subscription or authorize a payment.

Technical information and search reporting
Website hosting and form protection may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and request or interaction data to serve the site and protect forms. We use Google Search Console to review how this website appears in Google Search. Search Console does not require a visitor tracking script on this website.
Retention and temporary access
Before access is granted or payment is accepted, we agree and record the permitted storage locations, applicable retention arrangements, and the person responsible for cleanup. Raw evidence, final reports, and financial or contract records are considered separately. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the agreed support and retest period, and applicable legal or financial recordkeeping requirements.
A retest requested within the agreed window may take place later, on an agreed date. The engagement close date accounts for that retest. Temporary access removal is handled separately: the responsible account owner revokes the access actually granted, and the result is recorded.
Provider retention, task histories, backups, recovery systems, and copies held by customers may have separate retention or deletion limits. Removing an active local file, moving email to Trash, or archiving a task does not establish erasure of every copy. We do not promise automatic deletion from every system or a fixed all-system deletion deadline. Contact admin@formrazor.com to request a review of information held about your inquiry or engagement.
Your choices
You can read the public guides without submitting a form. To ask about information you sent, or request access, correction, or deletion, email admin@formrazor.com. Include enough information to identify your message, without sending unnecessary sensitive details. Any applicable identity checks and legal recordkeeping requirements will be considered when responding.
Product development
Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not connect a customer inbox or start automated monitoring. A future service that connects an inbox will require separate setup and information about its data handling.
