Be precise about the result
An accepted form, a matched receipt, and an unavailable connection mean different things. Useful monitoring should preserve those distinctions.
ABOUT FORMRAZOR
A website can look right, load quickly, and still leave an important question unanswered: did the contact request reach the person who needed it?
OUR FOCUS
FormRazor is a product being developed by Unique Solutions Software LLC. Our focus is the transition from a visitor submitting a website form to a team receiving that message.
For agencies, that transition sits between the experience they build and the business outcome their clients expect. We believe it deserves the same attention as the page itself.
A success message should start the verification, not end it.
We’re starting with a narrow, testable workflow: our own Webflow form, an interactive delivery simulation, and a clear path toward real inbox verification.
HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK
01
An accepted form, a matched receipt, and an unavailable connection mean different things. Useful monitoring should preserve those distinctions.
02
Use agreed test forms and recognizable sample messages. A reliability check should support the team’s workflow, not create confusion.
03
A status is only helpful when someone can understand it. We’re designing around the questions a website team needs to answer.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Our public guides and sample Webflow form explain the delivery handoff. The interactive prototype is private while customer inbox monitoring and scheduled checks are developed.
We welcome conversations with agencies about the forms they maintain, the destinations they depend on, and the evidence they would want from a monitoring service.
